Check-List of documents for filing of SIPB application

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (in case of Pvt. Ltd. Company);
  2. Memorandum of Associations & Article of Association (in case of Pvt. Ltd. Company);
  3. Bye-laws / Deed ( in case of Cooperatives/Societies/Trust);
  4. PAN Card of the Organisation / Promoters
  5. Audited Financial Statements (Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss account) of the organisation (for last 3 years for Existing Firms & latest for New Firms (if available)); in absence of audited balance sheet please furnish net worth certificate as on date.
  6. Turn-over (Certificate of Auditor or Balance Sheet);
  7. IT Return of the Organisation / Promoters (for last 3 years for Existing Firms & latest for New Firms (if available)).
  8. Power of Attorney / Board Resolution of Organisation for the Authorised Signatory;
  9. Project Profile (Maximum 10 Pages);
  10. Land Documents (if available);
  11. SIPB Approval Letter for the existing unit (if available);

Note: All documents to be uploaded in .PDF file format.

Fees Structure:

For investment upto INR 50 lacs :  INR 1000

For investment between INR 50 lacs to INR 20 crore : INR 3000

For investment above INR 20 crore :  INR 5000

Payment to be made online through RTGS / NEFT / IMPS / UPI
